Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Travellers

1. In the event travellers wish to cancel their booking, regardless of reasoning or circumstances, the following refund options are available.
2. Cancellations to the booking 30 days prior to the trip starting date, paid amount is refundable, minus the bank charges incurred by the company.
3. Cancellations to the booking 30 days within the trip starting date, no refund will be provided.
4. If the travellers wish to cancel their booking, per the discretion of the company, the travellers can transfer their booking to another person at no extra cost.

Cancellation by the Company

1. In the event that the company cancels the trip for any reason, such as unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control, participants will be notified promptly.
2. In case of cancellation by the company, participants will be offered a refund, minus the bank charges, of the trip cost or the option to reschedule the trip for a later date, subject to availability.
3. The company reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time for safety reasons or if the minimum participant requirement is not met.
